1. take a sample of sodium atoms and put them inside a flame at T=3000K. what will be the spectrum we can see? the relative Einstein coefficients for the two yellow line are 1:2, Can we resolve the two yellow lines ?what is the dominant line broadening effect? what will be the line profile?(Gaussian/ Lorentzian/neither). What will be the linewidth-assuming an optically thin sample
