Ｒesponsibilities:
-          Process owner for inspection, cleaning, assembly and quality assurance of polished glass components
-          Defining income inspection & final inspection procedure for polished glass parts(mechanical dimensiion , surface quality, surface flatness , environmental testing)
-          Quality supplier for polished glass components
-          Ensure quality with supplier
-          Develop and define measurement/assembly processes for glass components
-          Instruct and supervise inspection, cleaning, cement of glass components
-          Create process documentation
-          Train & certify as trainers to the operators in the processes

Qualifications:
-          Bachelor degree or above , major in Physics/Optics/Metrology/Material Science or related
-          3 years above professional experience in glass processing (Polishing , cleaning, US cleaner and assembly of optical glass components)
-          Experience in quality assurance is desirable
-          Experience in measuring methods of optical components with regards to quality control
-          High level of written and spoken English for Work Instructions , Standard Operating Procedure and Quality Plans development
-          Ability to interface with internal and external customers
-          Ability to interface and train production personnel
-          Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in responsible produciton  line
