摘　　要：目的：观察激光术后配合中药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法：46例（90眼）随机分为两组,治疗组23例（46眼）用激光术后配合中药治疗,对照组23例（44眼）用激光术后配合西药治疗,随访6月。结果：治疗后两组视力提高、视网膜出血水肿减轻、视网膜循环改善,但治疗组优于对照组。治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为86.96%、68.18%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：激光术后配合中药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变效果较好。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on diabetic retinopathy treated by Chinese herbs after laser operation. Method： 46 cases （90 eyes） were divided into two groups in random. 23 cases （ 46 eyes ） were treated with Chinese herbs after laser operation as the study group while 23 cases （ 44 eyes ） were treated by western medicine after laser operation as the control group. The patients were followed up for 6 months. Result： After the treatment, visual acuity improved, retinal hemorrhage and edema reduced and retinal circulation improved in both groups, but that of the study group was superior to that of the control group. The total effective rate of the study group was 86.96% while that of the control group was 65.18%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of Chinese herbs after laser operation is good on diabetic retinopathy.
