摘　　要：对造成南京钢铁公司线带厂激光测厚仪故障频发的原因进行了分析,制定了相应的改进措施,并对实施后的效果进行了验证。
The causes of frequent failures of the laser thickness gauge at the wire rod and strip mill of Nanjing Steel were analyzed, corresponding improvement measures were drawn up and implementation effect of the measures was shown.
