德国瑞士的透镜图纸上，经常表示光洁度为：3/3(0.2) －5/3x0.063,  哪位高手有这方面的资料？非常感谢！～！

3 is the identification number indicating that this is a form error specification.

3 isthe coarse form error or power,ie ,the difference in the radius of curvarurc of the surface and a reference surface.This number is the maximum allowable number of fringes.

0.2 refer to the regular form errors.these are asymemerrical form errors(astigmatic,cylindrical) and are defined by the maximum allowable diffrence between the number of observed frings in orthogonaal directions.

5 is the identification number signifitying that this is a cosmetic surface specification.

3 is the maximum number of permitted surface imperfection(digs,pits).

0.063specifies the size of these imperfections ,Eachimperfection is approximarel to a square,and the number 0.063 is the length of the side of the square,in mm.

1/表示对气泡的要求
例：1/1×0.04 允许一个直径为0.04的气泡
实际上气泡的面积为：1×0.042=0.0016mm2
可以拆分成许多小气泡，但其总面积不变。
如：1/1×0.04等价于1/3×0.025或1/6×0.016,1/16×0.001 etc
如果表示中带有括号，则不能分拆为多个小气泡。

2/表示对条纹的要求
2/01表示允许01级条纹
条纹共分01~04级
★3/3(1)0.5
3/表示对光圈的要求
3/3(1)0.5表示光圈数为3，括号中数字表示在两个垂直方向中光圈数的差值，即一个方向光圈为3，垂直方向光圈为2，局部误差允许0.5个圈
★4/3.2’
4/表示对偏心的要求
4/3.2’表示面倾角为3.2’，如果换算成在球心处偏心量C
C=面倾角×球面半径值/3438
例：r=53.43，面倾角3.2’
则C=3.2×53.43/3438=0.0497

5/表示对表面疵病的要求
5/1×0.063;K2×0.004;R0.1
1×0.063表示允许一个尺寸为0.063mm的麻点，同气泡一样，也可以用麻点面积折算成许多的小麻点，如：
1×0.063麻点面积为：1×0.0632=0.004mm2
可以折算成如下：
3×0.05;6×0.025;16×0.016;40×0.01
也可折算成：
1×0.04+4×0.025 只要保持麻点总面积不变
同样，带有括号的，不能分拆成多个小麻点。
K2×0.004表示允许2条任意长度，宽度为0.004mm的划痕
划痕也可用同等划痕面积来拆成许多小划痕，但总面积不变。
划痕面积也可用麻点面积来代替。
R0.1表示允许深度为0.1mm的破边，数量不限。
★50/2×0.1;G2×0.25;C2×0.25
50/表示镀膜后对膜层表面疵病的要求
50/2×0.1;G2×0.25;C2×0.25表示膜层允许2个尺寸为0.1mm的疵病（包括麻点和划痕等），
以及2个尺寸为0.25mm的灰斑和2个尺寸为0.25mm的色斑。
★6/10
6/表示对材料应力的要求
6/10表示允许材料存在10nm的光程差
即光线经过每1cm后允许产生光程差10nm。
