求救一个镜头加工图纸说明
接到一个订单,图纸上要求 有一项 3/2(0.5/0.25)这是个对光圈的要求标准,但我们一直做的是日本图纸,日本的是这样的3/2(0.5)就是2个光圈,0.5个局部误差,但这个3/2(0.5/0.25)是用的iso 10110-5的标准,客户的回复如下:3/= Surface form tolerance in accordance to ISO10110-5 The surfaceform is indicatedby a code number and indications of the tolerance for sagitta deviation, irregularity, rotationally invariant irregularityand rms deviation types , as appropriate.All units shall have their units specified. If no unit is indicated , then fringe spacing is implied.3/2(05/0,25) means The tolerance for sagitta deviations is 2 fringsthe total irregularity may not exceed 0,5 frings spacing. The rotationally symmetric may not exceed 0,25 frings spacing.The wavelength for all surface form deviation specifications is λ 632,8nm
我的问题是这样的:1,3/2(0.5/0.25)具体要求的是什么?
2,怎样用仪器测量?
3,测量的有效范围是多少直径?
谢谢了!急需知道 ,如可以的话,请发至我的邮箱:xie-xinghe@sohu.com 2(0.5/0.25)日本的說法就是 中間AS要求0.25,邊上0.5以1/4徑計算 3/2(0.5/0.25),斜杠前后应该是代表2个面吧,A面牛顿3本,中心AS0.5, B面牛顿2本,中心AS0.25,记忆中应该是这个样子,干涉仪就可以测出来AS的读取有效径应该就是图纸外径中标注的有效经范围
