职位：资深工艺工程师
要求：
* 大学本科，光学专业；或大专并有相关五年以上精密光学行业主管经验
或光学制造行业、高科技轻工业企业的工艺工程师经验
* 具备良好的沟通和管理技巧，如项目管理，FMEA，DOE, ERPII等；
* 承担责任并能有效的做正确的决定，具备成熟、主动的性格并具有创造
性；
* 具备良好的杜绝失误，解决问题，分析技巧及有良好的光学冷加工知
识；
* 能够通过ISO9002使工艺更有条理并提高品质；
* 良好的计算机技能，熟练操作AutoCAD，MS-Office；
* 能够调查、发现、转移及改编工艺、技术或方法以适应新的应用；
* 具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
职责：
* 给予工程的监督，协助生产以达到出货要求和生产计划。
* 新产品，新工艺技术的发展，开发和执行。
* 为部门和生产组织生产率提高测评。
* 重要的支持与/或制造工艺与程序的存档。
* 指导生产工艺控制，发挥问题解决能力，领导解决生产问题。
另一位工艺工程师的要求如下：
* Minimum ofholding Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
* 5-8 years process engineering work experience in precision optics or semiconductor wafer manufacturing environment.
* Good in English writing capability and fluency in English specking
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment;
* Maintain positive, cooperative interaction with others; foster open and honest communication; facilitate teamwork.
* Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and personnel matters.
* Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior at all times.
职责：
* Responsible for all IR optical fabrication engineering project activities, to build manufacturing excellent operationslean manufacturing environment;
* Create and maintain a safe work environment for all employees;
* Assist department manager on department budget and operations in accordance with company policies/procedures;
* Good knowledge in engineering analysis skills and tactics and experiences 6 sigma;
* Good in Project Management and capability to manage multiplex projects in same period of time, responsibility to setting project goals, objectives and activities;
* Responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities;
* Good communication capability and leadership;
* Experience with ISO documentation and implementation;
* Good knowledge on management of all required MSDS documentation 职位：激光工程师
要求：
* 本科学历，光学物理或者电子工程相关专业
* 五年以上光学领域相关工作经验，从事激光、光学器件生产或者测试工作
* 有良好的沟通能力，英语口语流利
* 可以接受出差拜访客户或者供应商，以满足客户要求
* 表达演讲能力较强
* 了解工业基本的技术要求
* 熟悉测试方法和设备，来支持产品评估测试
职责：
1. 激光和光学测试
*开发建立测试技术和设备，以迎合产品改进的需要，满足内外部客户的要求
* 流程制程的测试文档化
* 测试产品以完成及时出货计划，同时保证其准确性，并且将损坏的零部件控制在最小范围内
* 确定基于测试结果的产品合格率和返修率
* 改进QA/Laser Test实验室的效率和生产力
2．客户管理
* 协助销售部门，支持客户有关技术方面的需求，进行产品培训，产品应用和问题解决等
* 将与客户沟通的结果反馈给公司美国总部相关人员
* 参与一些项目管理，如降低不良率，产品质量的持续提高
3．改进QA测试设备
