要 求
Requirement 1. 激光，光学，通讯专业，硕士以上学历；MS+ in Laser, Optics, or Communications.
2. 5年以上相关专业工作经验，3年以上研发团队管理经验；5+ years' related professional experience and 3+ years’ experience to manage R&D team.
3. 精通产品开发的流程和项目管理；Good knowledge in research process and project management.
4. 有OSA或Transceiver产品成功的开发经验. 熟悉光学模拟，电路设计，机械设计，制造工艺等方面的内容；Proven record in OSA or Transceiver development. Familiar with optical simulation, circuit design, mechanical design, manufacturing process etc.
5. 对OSA，Transceiver，Transponder等光通讯器件，模块的工艺和技术发展趋势有深入的了解；Thorough understanding of module process and technical trend in optical communication components such as OSA, Transceiver and Transponder etc.
6. 流利的英语交流能力；Fluency in written and oral English.
7. 出色的团队管理能力，能带领，激励团队；Strong leadership and ability to manage and inspire an R&D team.
8. 能胜任有压力的工作；Professional capability to work under pressure.
职责范围Responsibilities 1． 带领上海团队进行新一代光通讯产品技术开发；To lead Shanghai R&D team for new generation optical communication product research and development.
2． 与公司其他Site研发小组紧密合作开发新产品；To cooperate closely with company’s other sites for new product development.
3． 与制造部门合作，进行现有产品的升级改造；To work with Mfg Engineer Department for existing product update.
4． 部门管理，工作安排及绩效考核；Department management, job arrangement and performance appraisal.
5． 工程师的培训；To run training for engineers.
