<P>以下为详细说明：<BR>Position Title: Supply Chain Manager – China Operations</P><P>Reports t Director of Materials, Worldwide Operations</P>
<P><BR>Hours:M - F, 8 - 5, (flexible), overtime expected (daily, weekends if necessary) </P>
<P>Travel:moderate</P>
<P><BR>Position Summary:</P>
<P>Reporting to the Director of Materials, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the tactical and strategic development of local supply chain operations in China. </P>
<P>Responsibilities:</P>
<P>1) Sourcing, development, and qualification of local suppliers in China for key optical commodities.<BR>2) Supplier surveys (Financial, Organizational, Process, and Quality)<BR>3) Real-time supplier interface.<BR>4) Analysis of Optical components market in China.<BR>5) Provide local presence/support at Contract Manufactures in Asia<BR>Factory audits<BR>Assist in product transitions<BR>Product audits<BR>Pricing review and BOM analysis<BR>Transition <BR>6) Local logistical coordination<BR>7) Pricing and Purchase terms negotiations.<BR>8) Cost reduction roadmaps.</P>
<P>Qualifications:</P>
<P>1) Excellent negotiation skills<BR>2) Experience in Purchasing, Materials Management, and Supplier Development.<BR>3) Strong background in the Optical Telecommunications industry.<BR>4) Knowledge of fiber optics and other high technology commodities.<BR>5) Knowledge of the Contract Manufacturing environment.<BR>6) Ability to determine supplier capabilities and financial analysis.<BR>7) Ability to converse in English (written and verbal <BR>8) Excellent communication skills.<BR>9) 3-5 years work experience in procurement, and materials management.<BR>10) BS degree in Business or Engineering.</P>
