Mechanical Engineer-CW<BR>Job Responsibility:<BR> Support the Color Wheel line production of high quality products at optimal costs<BR> Develp and / or maintain manufacturing method systems and processes<BR> Determine operations requirements and improve production process<BR> Evaluate process repeatability and process validation<BR> Assist with cost analysis , address product related issues<BR> Recommend process layout changes<BR> Serve as Workcell Leader of CW line in the 1st year of production<BR> Traincertify as trainers to the operators in the processes<BR>Qualifications:<BR> Bachelor degree or above, major in an engineering discipline <BR> Or equivalent along with 2-5 years experience in a Hi-tech manufacturing environment<BR> High level of written and spoken English for Work Instructions , Standard Operating Procedure and Quality Plans development<BR> Ability to interface with internal and external customers<BR> Ability to interface and train production personnel <BR> Must portrait an act of leadship and direction in a manufacturing environment<BR> Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in responsible producitonline<BR> Knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD is preferred<BR> Experience with Optics manufacturing is preferred</P><P>有意者请发送简历或与我联系：<a href="mailtshootingstar01@sina.com" target="_blank" >shootingstar01@sina.com</A></P> <P>i work in optics manufacturing field for long time. i want to applicate for this job,if you </P>
