[求助]请教有关抛光设备

我公司想做硅片抛光生产（４英寸和6英寸），请问国内有哪些抛光机生产厂家，使用情况如何，谢谢指点！

SPeedFAM 在做抛光、研磨还是不错的，可以选用。
