用去离子水，时间一长也会出现粘乎乎的东西的。用蒸馏水和纯净水就更不用说了

<P>防腐剂（名字不记得了，明天去实验室查一下，好像有点贵）。一般在每年换laser的循环水的时候加入。一般说来水要用蒸馏水(distill water)，可以买市面上的桶装蒸馏水，不能用去离子水（DI deionized water)。一般激光说明书上都会说得很清楚的。</P>

<P>查了一下叫OptishieldⅡ corrosion inhibitor. 浓度是10%,就是一升这种溶液加10升蒸馏水。公司有一个国际联系电话：1－813－977－3668</P><P>去离子水的坏处（与蒸馏水不同，去离子水不是无菌水）：</P><P>1。unsutable DI water: react with all metallic parts(原因我不清楚），inculding the gold plated reflective elliptical cavity which contains the arc lamp and laser rod. </P><P>2。 highly DI water（ ultra pure water) : usually has 18 Megohm-cm resistivity, will attack metallic compontents. </P><P>ideal water: 1Megohm-cm resistivity, so the electrolytic level is low enough to be a poor electrical conductor while high enough to prevent corrosive attack. DI filter changed at 3-month interval to maintain low oxygen concentration. </P><P>我查了实验室的几种laser（都是固体laser）都要求用steam distilled water，在diode pumped Nd：YLF laser才要求加optishield（原因可能是里面的金属元件比较多，此处不明）。一般laser里都自配有一个DI filter，理论上3个月换一次，不过我们没有做到。</P><P>顺便查了一下msds： <a href="http://www.optitemp.com/optishield.asp" target="_blank" >http://www.optitemp.com/optishield.asp</A></P><P>Name % In Product
